Rowena Catellani
As the founder of ARCOZ Design and Build, Rowena brings a wealth of knowledge and skills. She is a registered Building Practitioner and Building Contractor, as well as a qualified Building Designer in Western Australia, demonstrating her dedication to maintaining high standards across various areas of expertise. Holding a degree in Architecture from the University of Santo Tomas, she has been a registered architect (UAP) for twenty years. Rowena has worked on a wide range of projects, both residential and commercial, showcasing her ability to create spaces that fulfill her clients’ visions.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Rowena enjoys spending time with her family and playing sports, particularly volleyball. Her diverse interests reflect her commitment to a balanced life and her desire to make a positive impact both personally and professionally.
David Catellani
David is a dedicated and detail-oriented site manager/supervisor with a strong passion for building construction. With a Diploma of Engineering (Mechanical), he brings a blend of technical expertise and a keen understanding of construction processes. David’s leadership on-site ensures projects run smoothly, from planning to execution, with a focus on precision and efficiency. While his background in mechanics informs his problem-solving abilities, his true talent lies in overseeing construction projects, managing teams, and ensuring every build is completed to the highest standard. David thrives in dynamic environments and is committed to delivering quality results.
Outside of work, David enjoys spending time with his family, listening to music, riding his motorbike, and supporting the Fremantle Dockers.
